I would not hesitate to recommend MGP to any seller. They distinguish themselves by their professionalism, helpfulness and setting realistic expectations. They have a good knowledge of the market and actually have people on the resorts where they are selling, who provide good reliable information to potential buyers. They always give prior notice of visits and post visit feedback.
They are not like some who think listing your property on a website is good enough. They seem to target their potential buyers very well so there are very few time wasters. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, thanks for a job well done Sam and team.
